Working on a Video for "Livin' in Sarnia"

 

As some of you may know, I've been working on a new album for awhile now.  The whole thing is really pretty exciting for me because it's my first solo album in over 10 years!  In the meantime, I've been busy collaborating on other musician's projects, focusing a lot of Artscan Circle work, touring and the likes so it's been really great to get into the studio and just focus on making music for awhile.  Last summer, I had an amazing experience working with live music photographer Richard Beland on a rather epic music video for "Livin' in Sarnia"... we've got cameos from the likes of Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield, David Chilton (the Wealthy Barber) and even the Mayor of Sarnia! Needless to say, we had an awful lot of fun on this one. Thanks to the Sarnia Observer for covering the shoot... well I suppose they couldn't really miss us since we took over the street and all ;)

A group of Sarnia musicians and photographers have been physically distancing their way through a music video shoot for Mike Steven’s upcoming album. 

The harmonica master has played the Grand Ole Opry and stages around the world, but Stevens looked closer to home for his latest musical project.
